And I'm trying to talk myself into going today at lunch. I've been struggling just to START the BFL. After having 4 years or better off from excercise I'm just really embarrassed by what my body looks like and have a hard time walking past the gym hard bodies. I know it's all in my head and the others at the gym could care less. Any advice on how to just get past the crap in my head and get into the gym????
