I've been doing yoga only for the past few days. I had planned on doing a kettlebell workout, but woke up still feeling stiff from last week's intense stress. My shoulders felt too tight to swing a kettlebell yet. I did PM yoga again because that one seems to stretch my mid back and shoulders really well. Now I feel so relaxed! Now I'm ready to go to work and get stressed out, LOL.

Why is it that my little kitty always loves to get underneath me when I do down dog? :) She nuzzles my face. She also gets underneath me while I'm doing push ups. That's even sillier.
