We've all been there and sometimes it's hard to jump back in with full force, esp. when you have a tight schedule. I'm having a hard time fitting it all in too! I logged in a whole 3.33 hours this week... Happy to hear you're picking up more hours through WW, and look forward to hearing about the changes when you are able to announce them! I didn't get a ton of hours in this week, but the good news is I have a second date with my personal trainer it went well on Saturday, thanks for all the good thoughts! He will put me through his ab routine on Thursday. We'll see if it actually happens (I'm skeptical in the early stages of dating because I've met more than my fair share of flakes). If it does, I will certainly report in with the exercises! Tonite I hope to do Amy Bento's Slo-Mo Split #3, the Chest, Bi's and Tri's. I watched part of it and it does hold a dread factor for me, but I want to impress my trainer so I will do it! Review to follow..
