Guest guest
had no front teeth until we started Vit D3 a couple of yrs ago approx, he was then around 8yrs old! They came in fairly quickly afer starting and he also gained some height. I also think the calcium issue is relevent for but he didn't do too good on the K. Guest guest
sometimes giving just a tiny tiny amount of something may have theopposite effect of what it would do at normal dosing. it is calledhermesis or something like that. ldn works on that principle.just saying 'cos if you see negative things with very tiny doses ofsomething, IN THEORY at least it may well be that he needs higherdoses.... of course easier said than done but I thought better mention >>>Ooooh I didn't know it had a name, but Sam has this twice that I can really identify, first time No Fenol - tired out after 3 attempts of 10 days of a sprinkle, very alert and purposeful but would not sleep - threw caution to wind one day put a whole cap in and voila! Now....its a bit too early to say one way or tother but what looked like nasty detox with a grain or two of Folapo, even went down to every other day, same principle, one last fling before we bin it and voila again SO FAR taking 1/4 tab per day, 2 x 1/4 is target dose, will go there next week after TT Mandi x

Guest guest
Just to let everyone know that, after some negative reaction initially, Tom is now doing brilliantly on D3. he really is a lot more ‘sunshiney’ and a noticeable improvement in his understanding of language, meaning he can both understand more complex things AND is more likely to listen to us without us getting his attention first. Guest guest
Thanks Natasa, the initial negatives were wetting himself and lots of heartbroken type crying for transitions, etc. It lasted 2-3 weeks. Guest guest
thanks, we saw lots of irritability and gave up, now thinking we should give it another go. how much are you giving? and did you start low and slow? we saw negatives with 600iu, although he had been getting twice that through CLO for some time. Guest guest
Hi, Yes, irritability is not a bad description for what we were seeing with Tom, although both weeing and crying were both a bit like he’d lost some sort of control – he let go, so to speak. I was wondering if less inflammation meant a different feeling and loss of control that way, v unscientific of course. Tom was having CLO for some time before too. We started on a sprinkle of D3 and then ¼ caps (one capsule = 1,000iu) then ½ caps. He reacted each time we put the dosage up. I have recently moved to ½ caps am plus ½ caps pm and there was no reaction this time so I’m thinking of quite quickly moving him up to 2,000 SARA -----Original Message----- From: Autism-Biomedical-Europe [mailto:Autism-Biomedical-Europe ] On Behalf Of natasa778 Sent: 02 January 2008 17:21 To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe Subject: Re: ok, probably boring you by now, but more p... thanks, we saw lots of irritability and gave up, now thinking we should give it another go. how much are you giving? and did you start low and slow? we saw negatives with 600iu, although he had been getting twice that through CLO for some time.
