Guest guest
bars and shakes for sure! i hate mornings, so i usually use these meal replacements then and eat " real food " later in the day. i have two blenders and a bunch of Blender Bottles (plastic shaker bottles with ball whisks and lids). also a Geo. Foreman grille, which comes in pretty handy. I usually make food on Sundays for meals 3 and 5. and i really like yogurt/de-clumped cottage cheese for my late night snack. it's nice to have something sweet for " dessert " . > In my last post, I shared a new, wonderful (for me) product to help me > stay on track with the eating part of BFL. > > That got me to thinking... Guest guest
For me a " great " set of sharp knives are a must. I have mine sharpened at least once a year professionally. Michele T
Guest guest
Those Ziploc microwave steam bags. I love my Forman grill, but with the steam bags there is no cleanup. jtrimmer1 wrote: In my last post, I shared a new, wonderful (for me) product to help me stay on track with the eating part of BFL. My must-have tool is my Magic Bullet mixer. I make all my shakes in there. It is easy to put all the ingredients in for a single serving shake and is a cinch to rise/clean afterward. Plus, it takes up minimal space on the counter. My staple specifically BFL recipes are the Cappuchino Shake (made with chocolate whey powder) and the Apple with Cinnamon Cottage Cheese dip. Any others what to share? Thanks! --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
I have one of those one-person Foreman grills. I read a tip a long time ago, which is: After you grill your meat, unplug the grill, place a couple of wet papertowels on the grill and close it. When you finish your meal, go back and wipe out the grill. It's a cinch! I just bought some steam bags the other day! Haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but they sound fantastic! > Those Ziploc microwave steam bags.
