Guest guest Posted August 29, 2008 Report Share Posted August 29, 2008 Hi, Well, this mornings workout was a little different then what I'm use to doing as far as calling it my workout for the day. I did Kest "Tone" this does feel like a workout. Those standing lunges kill me. I had to keep coming out of it and stretching. My legs were just on fire. This routine is about 50 minutes so you get a good hard yoga workout in just under an hour. Lots of sun salutations and I inserted the push ups with all of them. Hard to believe it's Friday AND August is pretty much gone. Time is ticking away fast, isn't it? I still have to figure out Septembers Rotation. Ugh.
