Well down 1 lb is a big feat considering the carb craving pms state I'm in! Got in around 8 hours this week, and next week will really be a killer because on Tuesday I have a hot running date before work, 3 miles around the Esplanade, then after work I have Hip Hop Hustle and Powersculpt at the gym. Needless to say, Wednesday will be a rest day! My week: February 24th – March 1st Sunday Taught Round 32 Monday rest day Tuesday Step Wednesday Biceps, Back & Shoulders with at the gym Thursday Bridge Walk Mt. Tabor Bike Ride Rainbeau Mars: Yoga for Beauty: Dusk Friday West Hills Walk 5 flights of stairs Saturday Taught Round 32 I miss all of you and am bummed I'm so swamped at work and don't have time to respond to as many posts! Hugs!
