Guest guest Posted February 7, 2008 Report Share Posted February 7, 2008 hi! did most of the express workout which is about 35 minutes. kids crying and getting in the way--not really what i wanted--but i got some movement in today. i have to say michelle dozois moves pretty fast in this one--the warm-up especially and keep your weights and bands handy because she is speedy!! i liked it--but was distracted part of the time and didn't make it to the cool down:( i lifted heavier dumbbells for my back and biceps than i have in the past--dusted off the 8 pounders and may purchase 10 and 12's soon. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
