hi! did most of the express workout which is about 35 minutes. kids

crying and getting in the way--not really what i wanted--but i got some

movement in today. i have to say michelle dozois moves pretty fast in

this one--the warm-up especially and keep your weights and bands handy

because she is speedy!! i liked it--but was distracted part of the time

and didn't make it to the cool down:( i lifted heavier dumbbells for my

back and biceps than i have in the past--dusted off the 8 pounders and

may purchase 10 and 12's soon.
