Guest guest Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 ....by Barry's Bootcamp. Oh my. Does anyone else have this set? I did the Butt and legs one. I started w/ the cardio, it was only like 18 minutes long, but it felt like 48..ugh.. and becaus she worked only one side w/ the very first exercise I decided to do that section over w/ my other leg. Well, I ended up keep going and did the entire cardio section again. So I got around 36 minutes of cardio in. I then did the weights section. This one was 35 minutes long. There was no heavy weight in there, lunges..squats, some plyo jumps (again - smoked me). Afterwards, I did Austin Abs for ten minutes. I'm trying to work my abs every other day, and today was 'the' day. Wow. I was not wanting to workout tonight..have no idea why I chose THAT one.. I put it off and procrastinated it until I couldn't find anymore excuses..LOL.. So glad it's done with!
