Guest guest
I have had a look at the Turbulence Training 4-Week Body Weight Workout that Skwigg posted about but I'm a little confused regarding the superset. On page 6 it says,'In each Superset, do one set of the first exercise followed immediately by the next (A1 & A2).' On page 7, 'Turbulence Training Strength Workout (ex. Beginner Workout A) 1A) Lying Hip Extension (8 reps)no rest – go directly to: 1B) Plank (15 seconds)Rest 30 seconds. Repeat this cycle 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets....' And so it goes on with 2A-2B, 3A-3B, 4A-4B. So if I try to follow the program on page 10 is A1-A2 the first superset with B1-B2 as the next and so on? Or is it A1-B1, A2-B2, C1- D1 and so on? Guest guest
Superset A has 2 exercises - lying hip extension and plank. Alternate those until you've done them both 3 times. Superset B has 2 exercises - prisoner squat and bird dog. Alternate those until you've done them both 3 times. And so on and so forth. :-) On Jan 15, 2008 8:04 AM, ladycathy2b <no_reply > wrote: > I have had a look at the Turbulence Training 4-Week Body Weight > Workout that Skwigg posted about but I'm a little confused regarding > the superset. > > On page 6 it says,'In each Superset, do one set of the first exercise > followed immediately by the next (A1 & A2).' > > On page 7, 'Turbulence Training Strength Workout (ex.
