Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Hi, This morning I did Absolute Kick box with Spreen. I did the cardio from this workout. It was quite easy for me this time. I think the next time I do this workout I'm going to add in the combat intervals. I didn't really even work up that much of a sweat. I don't remember it being that easy the last time. Since the workout felt so easy, I wanted to add on the combo's from Kick Max or go back and do the combat intervals, but I got a sick little girl, so I needed get my workout done. She has a slight fever along with all the other goodies (cough, runny nose, sneezing) We got temps around 5 degrees this morning so its cooooold!! Have a great day!! ~**~~**~Start the year off right.
