Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 and Darcy: Keep in mind that unike Vennitta, Donna, Kathy, Carolyn and others that I have not done every single workout, but I have done around half of them so I will describe the ones I have done. Slim in 6: The first of three sets, in order of difficulty, includes Start It Up, Ramp It Up, Burn It Up, and Keep it Up. All three are structured the same way: 1. standing leg work 2. upper body using resistance tubing (I used weights instead for most of these) 3. leg and glute work on the floor. THIS IS THE KILLER SECTION that includes donkey kicks, leg lifts from a tabletop position, and another move where you push your bent leg to the ceiling. These never get any easier but you feel so good when you are done! note: Keep it Up is a shorter workout that serves as "maintenance" once you've mastered the others. I've never done it. You also get Slim in 6 Pack - an AWESOME ab workout, as hard or harder even than Ab Ripper 200 in my opinion! Slim & Limber is a 15 minute stretch routine, and it's very nice. ************************************* Slim Series: Set number two, and the toughest of the three sets as far as I know: Mix it Up - a lot like Burn it Up only mor upper body work and less floorwork. The floorwork in Burn it Up is actually harder. Firm it Up - all lower body work - see my review from a few days ago. Tear it Up - haven't done, but I watched it and it is <gulp> 77 minutes long! Tone it Up - haven't done Shape it Up- haven't done Cool it Off - a one hour stretch dvd - LOVE THIS! The music is bad, but you can always play your own soothing music instead. ***************** Slim Series Express Workouts: The third set, all approximately 30 minute workouts except for 6 Minute Abs: Cardio Core Express: haven't done Cardio Sculpt Express: haven't done Cool it Off Express: I have done this, it's a super 30 minute stretch routine. All the stretch routines by Debbie Siebers are excellent! 6 Minute Abs: This is a great ab workout, but Slim in 6 Pack is harder in my opinion, but then again it's only 6 minutes long and the other one is around 12 minutes long, Hope this helps!
