Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 PMS must be fast approaching b/c today I feel like nothing is happening fast enough, I'm pissed at my body and I've been fighting the urge, since last night, to binge on junk food. Last night I " cheated " with a Nectar shake and a banana to keep me from eating cookies and shut myself up! Today, I feel like a cow, have had 2 of my meals already, next one in a mere hour and a half, I'm not even hungry but am obsessing about something sugary and junky to eat anyway. Guest guest Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 I can totally relate! Darned PMS is such a mood wrecker. I am on Day 84, but I making my challenge an 85-day challenge. I've only cheated ONCE during the past 12 weeks and it was part PMS and mostly, I think, that I went unprepared to play golf. I didn't pack enough real food for that many semi-active (I'm just learning) hours in the cold and as a result, I was really hungry later. Combine that with PMS and, well, it sure sent the scale up. Tomorrow I will post pictures (or soon, but I'm taking them tonight) and weigh and measure. I'm hoping the fat in the macadamias will squash my urge to just eat for no reason.
