Thursday workout

Hi,

This morning was Pyramid Lower Body. I could've gone heavier on most of the exercises (except for the deadlifts) which my low back was on fire during that one. Since legs is getting it twice this week I've chosen to go lighter then what I normally would with the leg workouts.

I used dumb bells for the leg press and lunges then changed over to the bar bell.

Leg Press 10/15/20 Lunges 10/15/20 Squats/Plies 25/30/35 Dead lifts 30/35/40

Having my new dumb bell rack makes it so easy to put my weights back during the pyramid exercises. I just love that thing!

I got to looking at the workout plan and I'm only getting two days of cardio in this week.

I usually always get at least three in a week so I'm feeling a little nervous about that. I know Debbie says two days is plenty enough for her, but I wonder if it will work for me as well. I thought about doing a quick cardio this evening, but then I feel like I want to stick with the plan and stay at the two days. This week was a lot weight work (2 days legs, 2 days upper body) I've really enjoyed it and its changed things up for me. Anyway, I'm just rambling and thinking out loud. :))
