Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Hi, This evening I decided to get another leg workout in since I only got one day in this week and it wasn't all leg work. I happen to LOVE floor work so I pulled a mish mosh routine I made up a while back called "Lower Body Ball Work" I think you guys have seen this one. Its all exercises on the stability ball. Butts & Guts: Warm up, then I did all the ball work. Gym Style Legs: all ball work Pyramid Lower Body: floor work (which is all ball work again lol) I was fried at the end. The last time I thought I was going to really be sore, but as hard as this workout is, I haven't got sore from it yet. I did say YET. I don't use my ball a whole lot so this a nice way to really get some good use out of it.
