Guest guest Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 Hi , Just so you don't feel wimpy- I used this as a sub for PlyoX in the P90X series - I needed something that was shorter than PlyoX which is an hour. I think this one can be pretty tough and I never agreed with Collage's rating of it - I put it in the inter/adv category, myself!
