besides the workouts available from zip, i have 'ab hits', 'low

impact step', 'total body sculpt' (LIS and TBS are on the same dvd),

'total body stretching' and 'stretch max'. i have others but they

are on homemade vhs from fit-tv.

i think that i bought some of my cathe dvds from cksales.com,

however, they are no longer in business. they were cathe's canadian

distributor!

i think that you could try amazon USA or you will have to order

right from cathe.com

beware ebay, as there are alot of bootleg cathe dvds on there.

also check www.advancedworkouts.com for cathe workouts. it is a US

company but ships to canada (perhaps for free??)
