Guest guest
It's not ideal to do two strength sessions in one day. Just when your body is starting the muscle repair and recovery process, you break it down again. Abs aren't as much of a concern as other body parts, but it makes more sense to address the time issues rather than to split workouts. Maybe evening is a better time of day for you to exercise, maybe you need to get up a little earlier so you're not rushed, maybe you could do some of your morning routine (laying out clothes, packing meals) the night before to ease the time crunch. If it's the abs that are continually pushing your time over, you could train them on cardio days instead. There's an Ab Boot Camp routine in the club files section that's meant to be done three times a week on cardio days: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/bodyforlifewomensclub2/files/ > Hello, > Does anyone know if it's ok to split a workout?
