Last year I finished school, got a new job and relocated - due to this stress (not making excuses!) I gained a lot of weight back that I had lost. I blame only myself. I didnt finish what I started. I love the concept of Body for Life and know it works. I started yesterday. Already I feel mentally better now that I have made the commitment to begin. Now, I have to get to the finish line.
