Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Hi, This evening I did Janis Saffell Beverly Hills Yoga. This isn't a favorite of mine. She seems to repeat a lot of the same stuff over and over. I love Janis, but this isn't her best. I kind of had to make myself do yoga this evening, I just wasn't in the mood, but I felt like I needed to so I could get good and stretched out from the total body workout this morning. Very rare for me to be happy to be finished with a yoga routine, but I am and I'm ready to get my little ones bath and then sit in my chair. Have a nice evening. ~~~Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... It's about learning to dance in the rain.~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
