I thought my scrub tops were a little looser but also thought that might be wishful thinking. Apparently it's not. Here's where I'm at, values are for this week and the parentheses is the overall change thus far: Weight: -3# (-11#) Tape measurements: Neck: no change (-0.25 " ) Chest: no change (-0.5 " ) Waist: no change (-2.5 " ) Hips: -1.5 " (-1.5 " ) Thigh: -1 " (-1 " ) Calf: +0.25 " (-0.5 " ) Upper arm: -0.75 " (-1.75 " ) Forearm: +0.5 (+0.5 " ) My calf and forearm measurements have been the only wonky ones. Up and down, up and down. I'm pleased to finally see some inches coming off my thighs/hips (I'm pear shaped). So to recap, I'm down 11# and 7.5 inches in 4 short weeks. Squee! I'd like to keep this up for the rest of the challenge and maybe make it to 20# by the cruise. We'll see.
