Guest guest Posted June 11, 2008 Report Share Posted June 11, 2008 So I am working out about 5 days per week, aiming at 6 days. I am doing 3 days of Turbulence Training, just began the Intermediate Workout yesterday, more reps, but still okay... I love the change in workout every 4 weeks. I follow the bodyweight program with the Interval program. On the alternate days, I am doing 20 min BFL HIIT, or 60 min Jazzercise (and sweating). I am still not seeing results. I have not lost 1 pound this past 4 weeks of TT. So I'm wondering if I should toss in a second Interval 20 minutes 3 days per week? Like today, go do 20 min HIIT in the morning or now at 3pm, then go to Jazzercise at 7pm? It's not ideal, and not for maintenance, but I would like to drop these 30 pounds from 175 to 145 this year, by December, not over the course of 5 years. I'm really ready to be doing maintenance, feeding myself well and exercising well, and finding out what " normal " is. What do you think (what is your experiences) of double exercise days?
