Wish I were better at answering this - I'm kind of a rebel and can't stick to rotations as they are written. Although I'm doing more P90X lately I still haven't let go of the Slim Series, I just can't do all of one or the other of anything. I need variety. I admire people that can stick to a rotation as written. I think newbies who don't already own a bunch of videos like we do are thrilled to even have a set of 6 workouts from which to choose/use! For vidiots like us though, sticking to such a small libarary for 90 days is almost unthinkable! I would definitely have DH take photos of you once a month (on your best day of the month that is :) so that you can visually and objectively note your progress. DO write down how many reps you do and with what weights, that's another way to mark your progress. Good job at sticking with it!
