Guest guest Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 I substitute weights for the bands on all of the SS and S6 workouts, I like the bands but my hands get stressed holding them, and it's hard to quantify how much work you do that way. I know what you mean about her floorwork, I usually hobble around for a day or two afterwards, but then that gives you bragging rights.. what is your favorite S6 / SS workout?
