Turbulence Training, modified for body problems

I begin another 12-week challenge today. I watched the Turbulence Training

videos on Youtube, and can see their great potential.

squats:

However, squats make my knees hurt. Is that true with any of you? Do you still

do them and it gets better, or do you modify them and your muscles get stronger

and then you can go down lower. Or do you NOT do them?

impact:

my days of jumping jacks are gone.

Is there something like this for us older (61) folks or people with body

injuries or weak body parts? Has anyone modified this TT in this regard? I

never really felt my body breaking down until the past 2 years....
