Guest guest Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 Hate to be Debbie Downer but I fell off the wagon for 1 month now. I worked out for 8weeks 6 days a week. A gained 4 pounds. No one noticed my difference, took a picture of myself and didn't see an oz of a difference.. So here I am feeling horrible about myself.... stopped working out for a month and binging!!!!!!
