Uh oh - I am having a similar day!

Today is my day #1 and I was supposed to do my UBWO first thing but I

literally could not get out of bad. Yikes. I know that screams lack

of motivation but I just knew I needed that extra sleep to make it

through my whole day. This weekend, I witnessed something pretty

awful and my sleep has been off ever since.

I am feeling better now and I could have beat myself up over not going

the gym at 6am (especially since I posted about it the night before!)

but instead I recalled some recent posts talking about not giving up

or expecting it to be perfect. Now, I didn't expect my " lack of

perfection " to start this early in the challenge but I am committed.

My mantra this challenge is " if I don't quit, I will succeed " .

Don't worry about it and just keep moving forward. It was really hard for

me to get up this a.m. too. My husband leaves at 6:30 so he woke me up and

I work out with free weights in our bedroom so I don't have to go far and I

don't even have to get dressed...lol! My legs will hurt tomorrow for sure!

Just try and get it in tonight! Good luck to you too!
