Guest guest
Sometimes we forget how much daily activities can add up to alot of calories burned! In Lake Tahoe CA we received over five feet of snow around the lake level (thankyou snowgods!)and so we were shoveling about every two to three hours all day to try to keep up with the flakes. Who knew that shoveling snow by hand would burn around 300 calories per hour? Forget the snowblower, manual labor rules! ;-) joni ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Think evolution, not revolution*

Forget the snowblower, manual labor rules! ;-) I cross country skiied for 2.5 hours yesterday (yes, thank you snow gods), and then came home and shoveled for an hour. I was wiped out, but I'd had my workout. Dana
