Green tea question

Hi, haven't posted for a while, I've been reading posts lately for

motivation/information.

I know the goal is to drink 8 glasses of water/day, but sometimes I

don't quite get them in. On workout days, its easy to do. But non

workout days (I follow TT, off days I do yoga/walk) I find it tough to

get 8 glasses. I usually have 1 per meal = 6/day. I also drink green

tea throughout the day, so in the end I know I drink a lot.

The question is: Is it ok to substitute green tea for a a couple

glasses of water even though it still has some caffiene?

Thanks!

I put packets of Green Tea to Go in my water bottle all day. Telling BFLers

to drink 8 cups of water is just a keep-it-simple way of telling them to

stay well-hydrated. Unless you're a reluctant water drinker and really

struggling with it, you don't have to count each cup or drink extra

water for each tea or diet soda. Just drink frequently throughout the day

(mainly water, but also tea, Crystal Light, fitness water, etc.), stay

well-hydrated, and you're good. :-)
