Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Hello.... I am new here and on Day 3. Have been reading everyone's posts and thank you all for your encouragement and insights. I have a question about post-workout nutrition... In the original BFL book, he says it's best to wait one hour afterwards. However, it seems most of the more recent research suggests eating protein immediately after working out (within the first 1/2 hour or so).
