My first week's results

Hi Everyone

Just finished week 1 and here are the results:

Weight: Down from 204.2 pounds to 202.8 pounds

Chest: Down from 42.13 to 40.55

Hips: Down from 45.67 to 43.31

Neck: Down from 14.96 to 13.98

Bicep: UP from 13.39 to 13.58 (not sure if I am happy about this)

Waist: Down from 40.16 to 38.97

Body fat estimate: Down from 27.8% to 27.4%

I am pleased with the results, especially as I had a free weekend and

not just a free day. I think this results will motivate me to do work

out harder and eat better in week 2.
