tuesday morning i'm going to get up and drive down to the fitness firm

for my first class. sculpt...i'm sure it isn't complicated--i just have

to make sure i don't do too much at once!! the hardest part is getting

up and out of the house by 6 am. excited but scared-kind of feeling

shy. i'm not used to seeing actual people when i work out.

oops i just bought another ana and ravi--yoga quick fixes. i'm

interested in the depression, anxiety and headache mini sets.

all of a suden my left knee is feeling funky:( i don't remember doing

anything to injure it and it doesn't hurt to walk on it but is gives me

a twang when i crouch down. hoping it is a temporary thing that is a

result from tight hamstrings, weak quads...
