Guest guest Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 tuesday morning i'm going to get up and drive down to the fitness firm for my first class. sculpt...i'm sure it isn't complicated--i just have to make sure i don't do too much at once!! the hardest part is getting up and out of the house by 6 am. excited but scared-kind of feeling shy. i'm not used to seeing actual people when i work out. oops i just bought another ana and ravi--yoga quick fixes. i'm interested in the depression, anxiety and headache mini sets. all of a suden my left knee is feeling funky:( i don't remember doing anything to injure it and it doesn't hurt to walk on it but is gives me a twang when i crouch down. hoping it is a temporary thing that is a result from tight hamstrings, weak quads... stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
