Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Hi Ladies, just checkin in! I'm working on my MBA and classes start back tonight. Needless to say after being out on a month break, I do not want to go back! But I have to use the same self talk that I use to get me out the bed at 4:30am and to the gym with this school thing. I can hardly walk this morning, I switched up my strength training and started doing squats instead of leg extensions and man my quads are so sore its ridiculous. This morning I played around with the incline on the treadmill, I normally leave the incline at 0. It was a really good workout. I definitely hit my 9s and 10s. I've lost about an inch off my thighs and I'm very excited about that. This is the first time I've been satisified with losing inches and not pounds. I'm just learning to be patient. I want this to become a lifestyle not just something I do or not do. So however many challenges it takes for it to become a part of who I am will be fine with me. I'm absolutely tired of fad diets!
