My end of 4 weeks measurement lose!

I lost 1 " off MY NECK!!! good gracious!

chest stayed the same (whew!) ;o)

lost 1/2 " on my biceps

Forearms stayed the same

lost 1 1/2 " off my hips

Lost 3 " off my waist

lost 1 " off each thigh

GAINED 1/2 inch on my calves (all that walking and running!!)

Off to a good start at the beginning of my 5th week..
