Hi , and thanks. Are you offering to do an exercise rotation with me? Which one? I don't drink alcohol and I don't eat fast food. My biggest probably is inconsistency when it comes to the time that I do eat. I don't have a 9 to 5 job. I have been pretty good at eating breakfast every day so that's something. Someone from my Dr. office called about my test results. I know that my cholesterol is high and that she will probably want to put me on medication. If my thyroid is low I think that I would rather be put on medicine for that and try to exercise more to lower my cholesterol. I don't want to start taking a lot of medications when I'm on 43.Well girl let me know if you want to do a BB rotation

Hugs, Jen! It sounds like you are indeed in a funk. I too am considered obese by the charts, and like you I am no couch potato. It's very frustrating. I work out a LOT, last week I did 9.5 hours' worth, but I do like to eat and drink wine *sigh* and I struggle with this all the time. Eating is such a sensual pleasure.. and since I'm single and lacking in other sensual pleasures at the moment... I wonder if I don't substitute food for intimacy? When I'm in love with someone or heartbroken I lose weight, have a hard time eating. Wierd. Donna mentioned keeping a food journal and I think that's a good idea. I will do so right now. swimming lessons, and those are both super

social activities and you burn lots of calories swimming.. maybe you can do Debbie Sieber's tapes again? You started out very strong in '08 as did I, maybe we can both renew our fitness vows so to speak and jump back on the bandwagon? Hugs again,
