Tuesday workout

Hi,

This morning was back work. I woke up with moderate soreness in my chest, but not like I thought it would be. I don't think pushups are going to be on the workout schedule today though. :)

Here's how back work went:

Pyramid Upper Body: (pyramid up)

Warm-up

pullovers-20/25/30

double arm rows-15/20/25

Slow & Heavy (2 sets) DB Row- (up 3 down 1) 20/20 15 reps Pullover DB (down 3 up 3) 30/30 12 repsDead Lifts DB (down 2 up 6) 25/25 8 reps

Gym StyleUnderhand Lat Row DB 25/25 (2 sets- 8 reps) One arm Lat Row DB 25 lb (1 set each side- 12 reps)T-Back Squeeze w/Band green band Ribcage Pullovers 25/25 ( 2 sets- 12 reps)

This was 35 minutes of straight back work. I'll probably dream about rows tonight lol
