I know that it's just normal weight fluctuations because I'm still sick and haven't been eating much.I didn't exercise like I wanted to but I will try again this week. This is the last week (supposedly) of tutoring until next semester so it might be another busy week, we'll see. In a way I hope it is busy so that I can earn more money for Christmas gifts, but on the other hand I would like to get more rest so that I can recover. Anyway, I got a couple new Firm workouts and am expecting one more. I decided to use them while waiting for ChaLEAN Extreme to be released some time this month HOPEFULLY!
