Guest guest Posted August 26, 2008 Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 Hi, Well, as bad as I've felt today I decided to do the cardio from tomorrow's workout today. We got errands to run tomorrow evening so I would've had to do it in the morning and with these allergies bothering me there was just no way. I have trouble with morning cardio even when I feel great. Tomorrow's workout was 4DS Kickbox Legs & Core. Even though I didn't feel like it I made myself do the kickbox. I'll save the legs & core for early tomorrow morning. I really surprised myself. Once I got done with the warm up and started the cardio my energy level really picked and I flew threw the workout. I even added on yoga at the end. I did Yoga For Happiness 2 (shoulder high) I did both routines in 55 minutes and burned 292 calories. Not a huge calorie burn, but I'm happy with my energy. After itching my eyes until all my makeup was gone I decided to see what I had in the way of medicine. I found some Allegra in the medicine cabinet that my doctor gave me last year (4/07) I wonder if it's still good? I don't remember how well this stuff worked, but I'm thinking if I feel bad tomorrow I might try it. Anyway, for starting my day feeling totally wiped out and very little sleep I managed to walk the dogs twice and get in two workouts.
