Guest guest Posted December 12, 2008 Report Share Posted December 12, 2008 this morning was a little hard to move it along but had to get something done. i went with a short 15 min from yoga for inflexible people. body wisdom media dvds are not the best in production but variety wise they are truly awesome for the money. i believe i found this title at a thrift store but its been useful every since. not only a various of routine for time and purpose but this particular dvd is not fast paced and really focuses more on the body awareness and the stretch. made it a doable workout without having to push myself. this particular routine was for energy. lots of downward dogs and a standing flow and a lying flow routine. ending with a savansana which i worked really hard to focus only on breathing the sounds of the wind blowing outside. i can't say i am 100% ready to work my tail off and bouncing off the walls energy BUT i am awake and moving with a loose body and relaxed muscles. small steps, i am sure once i get to work i am going to move just to get it done before the day is done LOL friday here we go!!! kassia ldy_solana's fitness blogldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
