Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I'm glad these are working for you - I caved last night and ordered the one I couldn't find at Borders and thanks to 's review of the 5 Mile workout, I got that one, too. Under $20 for both - but I still feel a tad guilty! Also saw a Pilates gadget at Wal Mart today - it is a stick w/ bands attached to it (to mimic reformer exercises) and comes w/ a DVD by Gin . It was $19 and change. I resisted ttemptation, though. I'm really trying to not go crazy especially now w/ the extra holiday bills coming in. Take care, Donna Subject: [FitFirmies] Thursday's workoutTo: exercisevideos , firmies4life , fitfirmies , slimin6 , CatheFans Date: Thursday, December 11, 2008, 10:01 PM Today I did the Exhale Core Fusion Pilates workout. It's quite challenging and relaxing at the same time. Again, as someone who is experiencing knee and lower back issues (among other things) these workouts seem to avoid aggravating theses problems. After I am done these workouts, my left knee (which normally hurts a great deal and has been quite stiff [feels like the skins is tight] feels much more loose and much more pain free. I also like the instructors and the manner in which they show both the advanced and more basic versions of each exercise and stretch. I really can't wait until they put out more workouts.
