Guest guest Posted October 3, 2008 Report Share Posted October 3, 2008 Hi All, I joined a gym close to my job because lunch time is the only time I am not too tired to workout. Does anyone do cardio on their strength training days. Would it be over training if on my cardio days I did 20 minutes during lunch and another 20 minutes of cardio when I get home. Since the gym has an elliptical (my favorite), I want to do the elliptical cycle at the gym and jog on my treadmill when I get home. I exercise at 12PM and would do my evening at 7PM.
