Guest guest Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Hi, Finished up this week w/ Jari - here's my check in (I started on Saturday since I took Sunday off) Sat - Charlene Prickett Go For It (step 30 min) Quick Fix Power Yoga Sun - Rest Mon - Ripped and Stretch from Austin Bootcamp Tues - Dozois Rockin'Body Cardio & Breakthru Pilates Plus Yoga and Pilates sections Wed - Power Yoga for Every Body - 60 min "balanced energy" practice Thurs - FIRM Kickboxing (I think I did a stretch, but I can't think of which one??) Friday - Ripped I'll see what the chiro says about exercise and what I should be doing. If I get the okay, I think I'll continue with this rotation - if not, I'll focus on Yoga/Pilates/T-Tapp for strength.
