I just did Slow and Heavy Biceps Triceps Plus QF Cardio Hip Hop Bonus section + section two. Skipped the dips in S & H Triceps. Skipped the Barbell in S & H Biceps. I went as heavy as possible on the rest.The hammer curls in S & H were particularly yummy today. I'm off to the farmers market. Later DH and I will head out to SF. It's gorgeous outside!
