Guest guest
I just finished up with my workout.. well kind of. I had to cut it short, which I never do. UGH. Kaysar had woke up from a nap and was tired of hanging out in the basement with me. And it was way too bouncy for me I wanted to like it and did get into it at times, but otherwise I just wasn't " into it " .. I burned over 600 calories though, which I was surprised. I shut my monitor off at 55 minutes. I was aiming to do all of the cardio, I had ten minutes left, but it wasn't happening. I think I will give it another go and try to finish up after I get Sawyer from school (yes, he went to school afterall). I would also like to do the core work on the DVD too, but we shall see........ DH is gone until hopefully tomorrow. The man is insane. He is driving to Oklahoma to probably buy a new truck. It will be about a 12-hour drive for him... man alive. He has been looking at trucks and wanting to buy for like a year though. But, other than him being gone for a couple of days, he is going to be home! His next job is only an hour away, so he won't be gone during the week. Wow. It's lovely, but it makes it so hard on the kids when he has to work 'on the road' again. Oh well, we will take what we can get! Oh, and I feel fine! I felt rough this morning, but I feel fine now. Other than being tired... weird. I hope it stays away. We have plans on Sunday GRRRRR.... (seldom, do we have plans).Darcy
Guest guest
Hi Darcy, Good job on your workout - even if it was only a partial. That cal burn is still pretty great! Glad to hear that you and Sawyer are feeling better! LOL about the truck in OK! Now I don't feel weird for going to IL to buy cars (twice) and look at them (once), heh. We almost went to Virginia for a car one time, though. DH though it was the one he wanted, but didn't like the CARFAX report. Trucks are getting really cheap though, so it's probably a decent time to buy. I think our truck (suburban) came from OK right before we bought it in Madison. It's a 95, but the body is in great shape since it spent most of it's life down there. (story about our truck to follow, lol) Hope he has a good trip!
