Guest guest
I just found this at the BB boards, the rotation was posted by BB's fitness advisor, this may have been posted on behalf of Chalene...looks great to me and for those that won't be able to buy Chalene's Extreme this might be an option. ADVANCED DVD ROTATION: The number one question I've been asked lately is what does an advanced workout rotation look like that incorporates the new DVD's for Turbo Jam. First, let me say that everyone is different and the best DVD's are the ones that you'll push yourself the hardest. There is no replacement for exercise intensity. This is not an intermediate rotation. This is a very advanced workout rotation. I'm a big believer that your workouts shouldn't interfere with family-time, or in the alternative, should include family! Therefore, this rotation, which builds up to two DVD's per day, it may require that you split up your workouts.... one while everyone sleeps (i.e. early am or late evening) and the other at your regularly scheduled workout time. If you are really committed to get unbelievable results...this WILL DO IT, but it does require building up to it! Can you say, " bathing suit season " ? Lastly, listen to your body. If you're feeling overly fatigued, sore to the touch, run-down, uninspired, cranky AFTER your workout, these are signs that you may be training too hard. These are suggestions. Feel free to replace a similar length cardio or plug in a different strength training DVD. Get ready for results! " The Advanced Rip You Up TJ Rotation " .WEEK 11.
