If I have a fever, I don't work out. If I'm just feeling generally crummy,

I scale back the intensity of workouts until I'm feeling better.

I dont have a fever. I have just had a cold. I wouldnt workout

either witha fever. Thanks!

That is a long time to have a cold.  I hope you get better soon.  I don't

usually get colds but sometimes I get really tired and I'll just skip a day and

then I'm usually good to go.
