Guest guest
Mel, you look freaking amazing!! I'm jumping up and down and clapping! When you said you weren't comfortable posting swimsuit pics, I don't know, I assumed you weren't done yet, maybe still had some weight to lose. I wasn't expecting WONDER WOMAN! That after photo is insane! Congratulations on your hard work. It really shows. On Sun, Aug 31, 2008 at 2:26 PM, wrote: > I am so thrilled to say that I finished BFL. Guest guest
Aww, , you're making me cry! Thank you so much. It means a lot coming from you. My primary audience for writing and speaking are conservative Christians so I don't think shots of me in a bikini will fly. LOL Mel > Mel, you look freaking amazing!! Guest guest
Thanks so much, ladies. I didn't think anyone would ever say my legs were amazing! LOL Even when I ran track in high school, my legs had no definition. A couple of lessons I learned at the end of this challenge. 1. Don't do exercises that can injure your back. I used the ab wheel like a maniac a few weeks ago and I still have lower back pain. 2. Make sure your breathe when you're trying to hit your 10! Last week, I didn't while doing squats and got a weight lifter's headache. Not fun. I am hoping my week off will heal the damage done to my back and my head. ;-) Mel > You did a great job! Guest guest
Congrats!! I agree you look amazing! I would love to get down to a good size. Even just to loose inches as muscles weighs more than fat! I too believe that i cant do this without prayer and i have been bad at it this last week. I didnt pray much at all for help with my workouts or health. I got sick and havent really felt good or like workingout. SO i ate what was convinent and am ashamed of myself. But today is a new day and im going to start with it today! Thank you!
