10 minute trainer total body

morning all,stretched on my own last night. this morning did manage both total body workouts from 10 minute trainer. the first one i liked in that it was easy for me to grab the band i needed for a good resistance to the exercise since it wasn't attached to the door. tony leads with another exerciser,a very happy female. multi joint movements in a creative way not the same ol' same ol' it was also very fast paced for some moves so i missed the first rep to see the move or to get my band in proper position. the second one, however, is just tony and a door attachment. this will take some getting used to b/c there is only one door i can use and i can't switch bands out that quick for heavier resistance on some moves. same idea though, multi joint/muscle movements for the total body effect done fast paced for the 10 moves in 10 minutes deal. the

first one i got more of a total body feeling where as the second workout i didn't feel hit my upper body as good. its a pretty good workout though,especially for ppl trying to get back in the swing of exercise and time is an issue. it wasn't overly hard but can be challenging if you have heavier bands. i think for the first total body workout you can sub for dumbbells whereas the second one you have to be more creative but i think it can be done. ah another day at work blah! no problem carolyn i hope my headache goes away by morning b/c i have an eager ambition to skip yoga and do the cardios instead! the abs are a bit hard on me i am having a hard time finishing the reps. good thing though shows what i need work on. kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t
