Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 I finally hit 175. I wanted to be that by the end of my first BFL 12 weeks. Im not doing a challange cause i want to make it a life style change. Im not on the second 12 weeks. My goal for this time is 150 and a size 11jr jeans. Im excited and a bit discouraged! I wanted bigger results cause my brother had them but he also had more to loose and could access a gym. I cant go to one, i am doing my workouts at home! Yeah for 20lbs lost!!!
