Guest guest
Thanks, Carolyn. The idea of a 3 lb weighted bar make my upper body ache. LOL But I imagine it's a fun (and effective routine) with the bar, or a dowel. Something different - always a good thing. -----Original Message----- From: exercisevideos hi lisa! this message is, like, a month old and i finally found it in my inbox. sorry about that. concerning the amped workouts.... half of the class uses the amplifier (3 lb weighted bar) while the other half doesnt. so it is completely possible to do the workouts without the bar. and billy recommends that you start out that way, anyway. but i always use the bar because it adds alot of challenge and variety to taebo. i have lots of other taebo workouts to choose from if i dont want to use the bar on a given day. also, instead of using nothing, you could use a wooden dowel or broomstick. that would be a good unweighted substitution for the amplifier. make it 30 inches long.
